Experience Basics (UX)
Users experience (UX) is based on the
strong understanding of users, their need, what they value greatly, their total
abilities and their limitations. User experience (UX) brings quality
improvement of the user’s practical application and how far they envision the
products and other services.
Factors
that Influence UX
These factors influence user’s experience
Useful, Usable, Desirable, Findable,
Accessible, and Credible

Useful: The content should be original and fulfill a need, users
should feel the need that their needs are met whenever they visit the site or
use the product.
·
Usable: The site must be user friendly. There should not be difficulty
in accessing the site.
·
Desirable: Users must be in the position to like the image,
identity, brand, and other design elements are used to evoke emotion and
appreciation
·
Findable: Users must be in the position to navigate the content, locate
products, and the reason they visited the site.
·
Accessible: All type of users such as people with disabilities
must be to access the content.
·
Credible: The site must be trustworthy to users. So that users can
believe what they see and the site tells them.
